A&M Homes in Orlando, Florida hired GBR Associates to create a new homebuilding brand from scratch. We started with a clean sheet of paper to design a brand identity for A&M that had to satisfy the following criteria:

1. Must be easily identifiable and recognizable in signage, always an important staple in Real Estate marketing.

2. Must convey an immediate feeling of permanence to a new brand.

3. Must communicate strength while also being consumer friendly.

4. As a family-run company in a the competitive Orlando market, A&M Homes must have the visual credibility to go toe to toe with established national home building brands.

The tagline “Beautifully affordable” was created to reflect A&M’s brand promise of providing quality homes for value-conscious buyers with a high level of personal service.

At the startup,  A&M Homes began with a single community which has now grown to seven active communities plus several sellouts in a few short years. GBR created a scalable website which could grow and add communities as the company grew. Leads generated by the website are fed into the custom-branded email program for lead nurture for an ever-growing list of prospects and brokers interested in staying informed about A&M Homes and communities.
