Trending as a topic is the identity crises that most “agencies” and their clients are struggling with. Current naming conventions dictate that we should call ourselves an ad agency. But, an ad agency is defined as an agency that designs advertisement to call public attention to its clients; we are much more than that.
To call ourselves an ad agency means limiting the nature of our agency to a definition that leaves a lot to be desired and does not accurately describe the services we offer.
