When TOUSA acquired Regional Homebuilder Newmark Homes, GBR was tasked with rebranding the company to provide a unified look across all divisions.
Beginning with a new logo featuring a lower-case “n” framing a symbolic front door, the logo projected a strong yet consumer-friendly image that fit the brand personality. The new look was carried through print advertising, collateral, signage, web, email templates and more providing a platform for visual communication that could be implemented down to the community level. The tagline “Better living. By design.”, reflected Newmark’s position in the markets they served as a move-up builder which offered superior design.
